Appliancewarehouse.ph is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of appliancewarehouse.ph constitutes your agreement to all such terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

PRICING
Prices posted on this website may be subject to change without prior notice. Prices may also vary from the actual store and other platforms. This may be the result of a supplier price change or changes due to prevailing market conditions.
We reserve the right to amend the prices at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after receiving the order confirmation.
We will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
ORDER INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
We hold the right to limit the number of items purchased per person, per household, or per order for whatever reason.
These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.
If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or discontinue without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law.
Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise offered. They are not redeemable for cash and may be canceled or changed at any time.
A replacement may be allowed if there is a merchant system failure or error in the customer’s email/number.
PAYMENT METHODS
appliancewarehouse.ph offers the following payment methods:
- Bank-to-Bank Transfer
- Credit Card
- Cash On Pick-up
- Over the Counter (through Dragonpay payments)
We take no responsibility for loss or damages due to incorrect shipping or payment information entered by the customer.
We reserve the right to verify if the customer is authorized to use a payment method and may suspend or abort the transaction until verification is confirmed.
ORDER PROCEDURE
We process orders Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Manila Time). Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.
Orders may not be processed for reasons such as quantity restrictions. We may request additional verification requirements.
Verification may take a minimum of 3 business days after requirements are completed.
After verification, a confirmation email will be sent.
Products are normally delivered within 24–48 hours after acceptance. If unavailable within 72 hours or out of stock, customers will be notified via phone, mobile, or email.
INVOICING
ApplianceWarehouse.ph is owned and operated by Alps Ventures Inc. Accordingly, all invoices will be issued under the official company name, Alps Ventures Inc.
ORDER CANCELLATION
appliancewarehouse.ph may cancel orders due to:
- Force majeure (calamities, bad weather, strikes)
- Out of stock, system error, incorrect pricing, or product disputes
- Non-compliance with order requirements
Cancelled orders will be refunded within 5–14 working days.

Orders already in transit cannot be canceled.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is handled by appliancewarehouse.ph or its affiliates wherever delivery is available.
Lead times:
- 2–5 working days: Metro Manila
- 6–10 working days: Luzon
- 8–15 working days: Visayas & Mindanao
Requirements Upon Delivery
Cardholder must present:
- Confirmation email
- Confirmation message (SMS/Viber)
- Valid government ID
If a representative will receive the order, they must present a signed authorization letter and valid IDs.
appliancewarehouse.ph is not liable for failed delivery due to:
- Unavailability of recipient
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Weather/safety issues
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Change of mind is not allowed. Only defective items may be replaced.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days via sales@appliancewarehouse.ph.
Items must be returned in original condition with manuals, accessories, and sales invoice.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made through the original payment method. COD refunds via bank transfer. Refunds take 7–14 working days.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Keep the official sales invoice for warranty purposes.
Issues must be reported through customer service numbers or sales@appliancewarehouse.ph.
TRADEMARKS
All trademarks and logos are owned by appliancewarehouse.ph or respective owners.
