1.) How do I place an order?
  1. Search for specific item you wish to purchase.
  2. Add all items you wish to purchase to your cart and select check out.
  3. Enter complete details and select a payment option
  4. Wait for email confirmation of payment and order details
2.) What are your payment methods?

Currently, we accept payments via Dragonpay bank transfer.

3.) Do you have installment plans?

Yes we have installment plants available only for Credit Card payments. Installment only applies to SRP.

4.) How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You should receive an email with your payment and order details.


1.) Where do you deliver?

We accept orders nationwide.

2.) When do you deliver for orders outside of Metro Manila?

We will deliver your item in 3-5 working days.

3.) When do you deliver for Metro Manila orders?

We will deliver your order to you by the next day for orders placed by 3PM of the current day.

4.) Do you have a minimum order quantity or charge a delivery fee?
  1. We do not have a minimum order quantity nor do we charge a delivery fee for orders to be delivered in Metro Manila.
  2. Delivery charges may apply for orders outside of Metro Manila.


1.) Do you accept returns?
  1. We only accept returns for defective goods. We do not accept return/replacement due to change of mind. Please send an email to and we will help you determine if the item is for repair or replacement.
  2. For your return or exchange to be processed, you will need:
    1. Original Invoice
    2. Original Packaging
    3. Complete accessories
    4. Bundled Premium (if any)
